Community Yard and Bake Sale (8 am until 3 pm or Whichever Hours You Can)
April 11, 12, & 13th - Please help raise funds for JSCA. Donations from your sales are greatly appreciated (even partial donations). Drop off monetary donations at the porch mailbox (top of the stairs, on the right) at 1785 Potomac Ct. or send an email to JSCABoard@yahoo.com to let us know to stop by to pick up your monetary donation at a scheduled time. You can also Zelle the payment to JSCABoard@yahoo.com and list it as a donation.
We will post 1 sign on Watsons Place, Summer Hollow, and Monticello. Please let us know if you plan on doing a sale or want to donate items, but cannot do a sale on your own, by April 6th. We can coordinate who is having a sale with who can receive a few items (on behalf on JSCA donations) from neighbors who cannot have a sale of their own. Email/Call JSCABoard@yahoo.com or 770-617-5220 to coordinate or just ask your neighbor!
Don't have any yard items to sale? Have a Lemonade Stand or Bake Sale to help raise funds! You can get your children involved too. We will have at least one family doing a stand with their children. Please join!

Community Clean Up Days (Add to Your Calendars)
March 29, 2025 from 8 am until 11 am - focus on clearing the leaves away from the pool deck and pool area outside the fence. If we have enough time, pressure wash the playground equipment. Please email us at JSCABoard@yahoo.com to let us know which Clean-Up day(s) you can attend. Thanks!
April 26, 2025 from 8 am until 11 am - Clean Pool Chairs and Pressure Wash Playground and anything else needed.
Pool Opening
We are shooting for a May 3rd opening, if we can get the areas cleaned up in time. They can not open the pool if leaves are going to be blown back into the pool because they will mess up the motor due to the quantity of leaves.

One of the perks is to have a patrol car that randomly enters our neighborhood to deter crime. COPS Program
We will have this at the clubhouse on October 5, 2024 at 11 am. I will try to get a link for those who cannot attend in person.
Member Meeting and Voting
We will be planning a meeting in the Fall for the next elections and to discuss any other issues. We will be sending out an email about this before the end of October.
09/05/2024 In order for our neighborhood to continue being on the COPS Program, we have to attend the Fall Festival and 2 other events that are listed. Please let me know which event you have attended by sending a photo of yourself with the an Officer at the event to JSCABoard@yahoo.com. You can also upload a picture to Jefferson Station/ Lullwater Facebook page so that other neighbors can plan to go to other events until we get our three in. 03/27/2024 New Email addresses have been formed in order for the community to be able to speak to the different Directors and Officers. Please go to the Home Page and click on the email addresses to start your email to them.
09/11/2023 Please pick up dog poop from recreational areas, common areas, and your neighbor's yards when they are used. If your kids are walking your pets, please make sure they have a bag with them so they can do the same. Thank you!

1/06/2023 Speeding complaints - Please call Gwinnett County at Central Precinct of Gwinnett County Police Dept at 678-442-6500 to make complaints. Request for a COAP. This means they will increase police presence and look specifically for the complaint involved, especially if a video can be obtained. You can contact the number and give them any further details you have to hopefully resolve the issue.
7/09/2022 JSCA Member yard signs will be collected in November to be stored from winter elements this year. They will be redistributed the following year with paid membership.
